Run by beauty and holistic therapist, Lindsay Martin – who has more than 35 years of experience in facial therapy – the holistic skincare practice is described as “a peaceful place for skincare and self care”.
With the skincare sanctuary designed as a space “for relaxation, healthy skin, and glowing results” women are being urged to “step through the door and leave the world behind”.
The pioneering new facial treatment called ‘Head in the Clouds’ has been developed by Mrs Martin after years of studying facial therapy, women’s health, and the science of the vagus nerve.
She said the new vagus nerve facial treatment is supporting women’s nervous‑system health as it is designed to support women’s wellbeing through deep nervous‑system regulation.
Mrs Martin said: “The treatment blends advanced facial massage, breath‑led relaxation, and gentle vagus nerve stimulation to create a nervous system reset for women who carry too much, too often.
“So many women live in a constant state of overwhelm.
“I wanted to create a treatment that doesn’t just make the skin glow, but helps the whole body soften, settle, and feel safe again.
“Head in the Clouds is designed to bring women back into themselves.”
Shanti Skincare is attracting clients from across Suffolk and Norfolk who are seeking a more holistic approach to skincare and emotional wellbeing.
Those who have already sampled the new treatment have reported improved sleep, reduced tension, and a profound sense of calm afterwards.
Mrs Martin is aiming to make nervous‑system care more accessible to women who feel overstretched, stressed or disconnected.
Shanti Skincare is now taking bookings, and for further information visit its website call or email founder Lindsay on 07876648332 or lindsay@shantiskincare.co.uk
