Hailey Bieber’s wellness routine might not be for everyone – here’s what to do instead

In an era where celebrity beauty brands are launched by the dozen, Hailey Bieber has accomplished something far more coveted: changing the way women take care of themselves. From glazed donut skin to peptide-packed lip treatments and the rise of “clean girl” minimalism, the model-turned-founder has become one of beauty’s most influential trendsetters.

The 29-year-old’s impact can be measured beyond sales figures. From popularizing “glazed donut skin” to “strawberry girl” makeup, Bieber has repeatedly turned personal preferences into full-blown industry obsessions. The result is a beautiful landscape increasingly shaped by trends that first gained traction on her Instagram feed and TikTok fan pages.

But Dr. Sherry McAllister, wellness expert and author of Adjusted Reality, believes there are longstanding downsides to the rising popularity of celebrity wellness routines.

• Hailey Bieber’s MAGA loving dad announces he’s retiring from politics

• Hailey Bieber admits to ‘uncomfortable and bizarre’ struggle with speculation over marriage

“As a healthcare provider, the concern is not the trends, but that each person has different healthcare challenges,” she explains.

Why Hailey Bieber’s wellness routine might not suit everyone

In an exclusive interview with The Mirror US, McAllister decoded how Bieber’s particular viral wellness trends might not suit everyone.

“Hailey Bieber has shared routines involving cold plunges, saunas, lymphatic drainage treatments, ice facials, specialized skincare protocols, Pilates, and highly curated beauty routines,” she says. “A patient suffering from a herniated disc in their back may find that Pilates flares up their condition due to nerve involvement.” She added that someone with cardiovascular issues or a history of strokes should strictly avoid cold plunges.

“The key is that people can often see celebrity influence and mistake its safety for their own situation,” McAllister remarks.

She further stated that celebrity wellness approaches are often “business-driven” and are driven by the agenda of increasing product sales.

“Optimization must fit the individual nervous system, lifestyle, and capacity, not someone else’s highlight reel. Whole-being care is highly curated for the person; it is not one-size-fits-all,” she notes.

TikTok’s beauty and wellness pressure machine

But the wellness culture flourishing on TikTok often comes with an unspoken expectation of perfection. Users are bombarded with videos promoting 4 a.m. wake-up calls, elaborate morning routines, strict supplement regimens, and meticulously curated self-care rituals, creating the impression that health is something to be optimized around the clock.

Critics argue that the trend can blur the line between well-being and obsession with self-improvement, turning everyday habits into yet another benchmark for success.

“The ability to juggle life stress, work, friends, and family is one part, but adding the pressure to look perfect and maintain an overwhelming list of to-dos can create anxiety and additional stress,” McAllister says.

The key to self-care is habit-stacking and consistency

McAllister instead advocates for habit-stacking and consistency. “The goal is consistency over time, not the intensity of trying to get everything right the first time. Hailey emphasizes hydration, walking, and a regular sleep routine. These are all achievable when small habits are improved over time,” she adds.

Celebrities often operate with a level of support that most people simply don’t have access to, from dermatologists, nutritionists, and personal trainers to makeup artists, assistants, and curated brand deals that shape their entire routine.

What looks like an effortless “everyday” glow or disciplined wellness schedule is usually the result of time, money and an entire professional ecosystem working behind the scenes. That makes it difficult—and arguably unfair—to compare those “perfect” routines to the realities of ordinary users trying to replicate them in their own daily lives.

“Focusing on perfectionism can make adaptation more difficult and can create nervous system overload rather than alignment,” the expert warns.

Simple wellness hacks to incorporate in your day-to-day life

The simple wellness hacks McAllister believes can be easily practiced by everyone include:

  1. Walking daily. Movement supports physiology, stress regulation, circulation, and cognitive performance.

  2. Protecting sleep. Sleep is nervous system recovery.

  3. Hydrating intentionally. Hydration supports every system.

  4. Getting adjusted: your nervous system functions at its best when it’s balanced and aligned.

  5. Posture resets throughout the day. Alignment influences breathing, energy, and movement quality.

  6. Practicing “micro-replenishment.” Two minutes of breathing, movement, stretching, or stepping outside can change physiology.

  7. Building consistency before complexity.

Is your skincare routine harming the planet? Beauty expert Blossom Kochhar shares eco-friendly beauty tips

Beauty isn’t just about good looks anymore, it’s about making choices that are good for you and the Earth. People are waking up to the reality of environmental problems, and eco-friendly beauty isn’t just a buzzword these days. It’s a shift in how we live. You don’t have to flip your whole routine upside down either. Small, practical tweaks add up over time.

How to make your beauty routine more eco-friendly?

“To create an eco-friendly skincare routine, focus on reducing your environmental impact. You can do this by using products wisely, reducing waste, and choosing ethically made items. To help the planet and your skin, choose refillable packaging, switch from single-use products, and opt for multi-purpose items,” Dr Blossom Kochhar, beauty expert and aromatherapist, tells Health Shots.

1. Start by paying closer attention to the products you use

Many typical skincare products contain ingredients that aren’t great for the environment. Think about how they’re sourced, how they’re made, and what happens when you rinse them off. Instead, look for naturally derived ingredients. Stuff like plant oils, botanical extracts, essential oils, and formulas that break down easily after use. These options are gentle on your skin and on the planet.

2. Then there’s the matter of packaging

The beauty industry generates a staggering amount of plastic waste each year. Most of it ends up in landfills or pollutes the ocean. Look for products made of glass, aluminium, or recycled plastic. Refillable packages are popping up everywhere, giving you the power to cut out single-use containers.

3. Consider simplifying your routine

The internet is loaded with 10-step skincare routines. But honestly, your skin probably doesn’t need all that. A gentle cleanser, a toner, a good moisturiser, sunscreen, and maybe one treatment product sometimes that’s enough. This approach keeps your skin and your conscience clear, since you’re not loading up your bathroom shelf (and the landfill) with stuff you hardly use.

4. Don’t forget how much water gets used in beauty routines

Both when you wash up and in the manufacturing of products themselves. Small steps like turning off the tap while cleansing, adopting water-saving habits, or choosing concentrated products can save more water than you might expect.

5. Support cruelty-free brands and companies

Supporting brands that conduct business ethically is another way to make a difference. Look for companies that don’t test on animals, that are open about where their ingredients come from, and that care about their full supply chain. Certifications can help you spot who’s genuine.

Eco-conscious beauty isn’t about perfection

Real beauty is about finding the sweet spot, caring for yourself while caring for the world around you.

  • Try not to get swept away by shiny new product drops or social media fads. It’s easy to collect more jars and bottles than you’ll ever use. Before buying, ask yourself what you really need and whether a new product will actually improve your routine or collect dust.
  • And here’s something simple but powerful don’t open a new product till you finish the last one. Those half-finished or expired bottles create waste (and waste money). Stick to what you need, use it up, and buy replacements only when it’s time.
  • Eco-conscious beauty is about making steady progress with little changes. Each choice, whether it’s a better formula, less packaging, or just saying “no” to impulse buys, helps the planet heal a little, and that’s something to feel good about.

Do You Need Liquid Collagen & Beauty Supplements? A Doctor Explains It All

Do You Need Liquid Collagen & Beauty Supplements? A Doctor Explains It All

What Are The Potential Benefits & Side Effects of Liquid Collagen & Beauty Wellness Powders?

The potential benefits of these beauty wellness drinks and powders depend on three key aspects of the ingredients: the formulation, the quality, and the amount.

“Some ingredients need to be at certain levels to be efficacious.  So, unfortunately, because many things can be claimed by the wellness brands, it’s up to you, the consumer, to do your research,” Dr. Hamdan told E!.

Most products may support hydration, skin barrier function, stress resilience, sleep quality, energy levels, or overall skin radiance. Still, that doesn’t mean there aren’t possible side effects, either.

“Certain ingredients or highly concentrated formulas may not work for everyone and can sometimes interact with medications, sensitivities, or underlying health conditions,” she explained.

Dr. Hamdan recommends that people interested in these supplements look beyond the marketing and opt for clinically backed formulations that use evidence-based ingredients.

Beauty industry leaders unite to champion more holistic approach to skincare, wellness

Beauty industry leaders unite to champion more holistic approach to skincare, wellness

MANILA, Philippines — A new collaboration between leading players in the beauty and wellness industry is generating discussion across the sector by challenging the traditional divide between oral supplementation and topical skincare.

Bringing together expertise from both categories, the initiative promotes a more integrated approach to beauty — one that recognizes the complementary role of internal wellness and external skin care in achieving overall skin health.

The campaign is spearheaded by two influential female entrepreneurs, Maureen Estrada of Nuwhite (Oxina Nutricosmetics) and Glenda “Miss Glenda” Victorio of Brilliant Skin Essentials, who have each built strong reputations within their respective segments of the beauty market. Their collaboration reflects a growing industry shift toward solutions that address beauty from multiple dimensions rather than relying on a single approach.

At the center of the initiative is the idea that wellness and skincare are not competing categories, but complementary elements of a broader self-care routine. By encouraging consumers to consider both internal support and external care, the partnership seeks to spark conversations around more comprehensive and balanced beauty practices.

This strategic alignment represents a disruptive shift in how beauty icons engage with their audiences. Rather than maintaining the status quo, Estrada and Miss Glenda are using this campaign to address the disconnect between cellular-level wellness and surface-level repair.

By merging Nuwhite’s focus on authentic and transparent product development with the massive retail energy of Brilliant Skin Essentials, the collaboration presents a unified front that forces a re-evaluation of current beauty regimens, positioning any single-track routine as an incomplete measure.

The TikTok 6.6 Bonggang Birthday Sale collaboration will feature exclusive content, livestream appearances, and special promotions designed to engage beauty enthusiasts and digital audiences nationwide. Fans can also expect high-impact moments that showcase the chemistry and shared values between Nuwhite and Miss Glenda.

“This collaboration is about bringing together strong brands and even stronger women who inspire confidence and positivity,” shared Maureen Estrada, CEO and Founder of Nuwhite. “Working with Miss Glenda allows us to create something fresh, meaningful, and culturally relevant for today’s generation.”

Skincare enthusiasts may view this as a bold movement, particularly as these two powerhouses have previously competed within the same market categories. However, this strategic campaign is designed to demonstrate the power of synergy over competition.

By combining the high-absorption innovation of Nuwhite with the market mastery of Brilliant Skin Essentials, the initiative provides a professional-grade conceptual alternative to the fragmented and often contradictory routines that currently dominate the local market.

Throughout this campaign, beauty enthusiasts can expect a series of initiatives that showcase the impact of this “Inside-Out” philosophy. The partnership serves as a definitive argument that true results are best achieved when internal antioxidant support and external skin repair are utilized together.

As this initiative unfolds, the alignment between Nuwhite and Brilliant Skin Essentials stands as a provocative reminder that the most effective beauty solutions often come from the most unexpected alliances.

Today, Nuwhite continues to lead the beauty and wellness industry, proudly carrying its legacy as the first brand to introduce 200mg S-Acetyl Glutathione in the Philippines. As the industry evolves, Nuwhite remains committed to setting higher standards through innovation, premium quality, and a growing community that empowers confidence and self-care.

Nuwhite products are available nationwide at Watsons and online through www.nuwhite.com.ph, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

life lessons: Chinese Proverb of the Day: “A woman gets thirty percent of her beauty from nature and seventy percent from…” — Life lessons on perception, grooming, presentation and why confidence is the best makeup

life lessons: Chinese Proverb of the Day: “A woman gets thirty percent of her beauty from nature and seventy percent from…” — Life lessons on perception, grooming, presentation and why confidence is the best makeup

Chinese Proverb of the Day highlights a traditional saying that reflects patterns of human experience, perception, and the way ideas of beauty and self-presentation influence everyday judgment. The proverb “A woman gets thirty percent of her beauty from nature and seventy percent from makeup” offers insight into how appearance is often shaped by both natural features and personal effort. It suggests that beauty is not viewed only as something inherited, but also as something developed through care, grooming, and attention to presentation. Many people interpret such proverbs as reflections of how society forms standards of attractiveness based on both innate qualities and external enhancement. These sayings are often rooted in cultural observation and passed down through generations. Over time, they encourage reflection on how confidence, self-care, and perception work together in shaping the way individuals are seen and understood in everyday life.

Chinese Proverb of the Day — Why nothing is more beautiful than self-confidence

“A woman gets thirty percent of her beauty from nature and seventy percent from makeup”

Meaning of the Chinese proverb

Chinese proverb of the day highlights a timeless idea about human perception, self-expression, and the way beauty is often shaped through both natural features and personal effort.

Live Events

The first part of the proverb suggests that natural beauty alone is only a partial influence on how a person is seen. It challenges the idea that appearance is fixed or entirely dependent on genetics. Instead, it shifts attention toward the role of care, grooming, and presentation in shaping how beauty is perceived.
The second part emphasizes how personal choices and daily effort influence outward appearance. It suggests that practices like makeup, styling, and self-care play a significant role in enhancing or refining natural features. In this sense, beauty is not only something one is born with, but also something that can be developed and expressed through intention and effort.
Together, the proverb teaches that beauty is a blend of nature and nurture in appearance. What is seen on the outside is often the result of both inherent traits and the way individuals choose to present themselves, reflecting confidence, self-care, and personal expression in everyday life.

Why confidence makes you attractive

Confidence is often seen as the most powerful form of beauty enhancement a person can have. Unlike external makeup, which changes appearance temporarily, confidence shapes how a person carries themselves in every situation. It influences posture, expression, communication, and the overall impression one leaves on others. When someone feels confident, it naturally reflects in their smile, body language, and energy, making them appear more attractive without any external effort. This idea suggests that true beauty is not only about physical features but also about how comfortable and secure a person feels within themselves. Confidence helps reduce insecurity and self-doubt, allowing individuality to shine through more clearly. In many ways, it acts like an invisible makeup that enhances natural qualities rather than covering them. Ultimately, when confidence is present, it elevates personality and presence, proving that inner strength often defines outer beauty more than any cosmetic product ever could.

Life lessons from the proverb

The proverb carries practical lessons about beauty, self-care, and how individuals present themselves in daily life.

  1. Effort enhances natural appearance
How a person looks is not defined only by natural features, but also by the care and attention they give to grooming, styling, and presentation.
  2. Beauty is partly self-created
While natural traits form a base, personal effort through makeup and self-care can significantly shape how beauty is expressed and perceived.
  3. Confidence influences appearance
When individuals feel confident in how they present themselves, it often reflects positively in their overall appearance and presence.
  4. Perception is shaped by both nature and effort
How others perceive beauty is a combination of inherent features and the choices people make to enhance or refine their look.

Why this proverb is still relevant today

In modern life, the proverb “A woman gets thirty percent of her beauty from nature and seventy percent from makeup” extends beyond physical appearance. It reflects today’s culture of self-image, social media presentation, and personal branding, where appearance is often carefully shaped, edited, and enhanced before being shared with the world. People are constantly influenced not only by natural looks, but also by trends, filters, grooming standards, and the curated visuals they see online.

The proverb encourages self-awareness about how beauty is perceived and constructed. It reminds us that appearance is not only determined by natural features but also by personal effort, style choices, and confidence in presentation. In many cases, how someone chooses to present themselves reflects both self-expression and social influence, especially in environments where visual impression carries significant weight. Ultimately, it teaches a simple but lasting idea: beauty is not fixed or purely natural. It is shaped through a combination of inherent traits and intentional effort, while confidence plays a key role in how that beauty is expressed and understood in everyday life.

English equivalent and related expressions

Other English expressions that reflect similar thinking include:

  • “Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.”
  • “Presentation matters.”
  • “Confidence is the best makeup.”
  • “Take care of your appearance, it speaks before you do.”

Each of these highlights the idea that appearance, confidence, and self-presentation work together to shape how people are perceived, often just as strongly as natural features themselves.

Why Mira Kapoor’s acupuncture beauty routine is going viral

Why Mira Kapoor’s acupuncture beauty routine is going viral

If you are looking for a non-invasive, holistic maintenance therapy to treat the early signs of aging or secure a temporary, natural glow, cosmetic acupuncture is highly effective. It’s a fantastic pre-event treatment.

However, professionals strongly advise managing your expectations. While it is a brilliant maintenance tool, it is not a miracle cure. It simply will not deliver the dramatic, structural alterations associated with dermal fillers, botox, or cosmetic surgery. Think of it as a high-intensity pilates class for your facial muscles—it will tone, lift, and refresh, but it isn’t going to change your fundamental bone structure.

SHA’S ORGANIC SKINCARE Expands Wellness Brand

SHA’S ORGANIC SKINCARE and MedSpa continues expanding its skincare and wellness brand through corrective treatments, skincare education, wellness services, personalized consultations, and community engagement focused on long-term skin health and confidence.

— SHA’S ORGANIC SKINCARE and MedSpa continues expanding its presence within the beauty and wellness industry through a combination of corrective skincare services, wellness education, e-commerce operations, and community-focused client engagement. Founded in 2017 by Aisha Jamila Khadar Bangurah, the company has evolved from a home-based skincare business into a nationally recognized skincare and wellness brand headquartered in Silver Spring, Maryland.

What began as a personal passion project focused on helping individuals manage difficult skin concerns has developed into a vertically integrated skincare company serving clients through professional spa services, consultations, digital education, and online retail operations. The company specializes in addressing hyperpigmentation, melasma, acne, uneven skin tone, and skin damage through organic, science-informed skincare practices designed to support long-term skin health.

Founder Aisha Jamila Khadar Bangurah established the company with the goal of creating skincare systems that emphasized consistency, education, and individualized care. In the early years of the business, products were developed from home while the client base expanded through direct customer engagement and referrals. As demand increased, the business transitioned into a full-service medical spa model that combined advanced skincare treatments with holistic wellness principles.

Today, the company operates across multiple areas of the skincare industry, including e-commerce, live selling, skincare consultations, corrective treatment programs, and educational content designed to help clients better understand skincare maintenance and long-term skin wellness. The business has also developed a dedicated customer community referred to internally as the “Mama Sha Babies,” reflecting the close relationship between the company and its returning clientele.

Building a Corrective Skincare Approach

The company’s growth has been closely tied to its focus on corrective skincare solutions for clients who have struggled to find effective treatment options elsewhere. Rather than focusing on trend-driven beauty products, the brand centers its approach on long-term skincare routines supported by personalized treatment plans and ongoing education.

According to the company, many clients initially seek treatment after experiencing frustration with harsh chemical products or inconsistent skincare results. SHA’S ORGANIC SKINCARE and MedSpa developed its service structure around helping clients simplify their routines while maintaining effective skincare management practices.

The company states that its skincare systems are designed to support clients dealing with complex concerns such as melasma, acne scarring, hyperpigmentation, and uneven skin texture. By combining organic formulations with professional skincare services, the business aims to provide solutions that remain accessible and manageable over time.

Aisha Jamila Khadar Bangurah said the business was built around helping individuals regain confidence while improving the condition of their skin naturally.

“For the love of skincare and aesthetics makes us family,” she said.

Growth Through Education and Community

In addition to skincare treatments and products, the company has expanded its operations through educational content and customer engagement initiatives. Through consultations, live selling sessions, and digital outreach, the business provides skincare guidance intended to help consumers better understand their individual skincare needs.

The company maintains an active online presence through its official website at SHA’S ORGANIC SKINCARE and MedSpa while also engaging with audiences across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X, where product updates, educational content, and client experiences are regularly shared.

The business reports that its combination of educational support and personalized skincare planning has contributed to strong customer retention and community engagement. Clients frequently return for ongoing consultations and skincare management programs designed to address evolving skincare concerns over time.

The company also attributes part of its continued growth to the operational structure developed over the last several years. Rather than separating products from treatments, SHA’S ORGANIC SKINCARE and MedSpa integrate skincare consultations, professional services, and product recommendations into a unified client experience.

Recognition and Long-Term Expansion

As the business expanded, the company pursued formal licensing, trademark registration, and patent-related protections associated with its products and operational systems. According to the company, these efforts reflect a broader focus on sustainability, professionalism, and long-term business development within the skincare and wellness sector.

The company states that its growth reflects broader consumer interest in wellness-oriented skincare solutions and personalized treatment experiences. By combining skincare correction, education, and wellness support, the business continues positioning itself within the evolving skincare industry while expanding both its physical and digital operations.

The founder also emphasized the importance of resilience and consistency throughout the company’s development.

According to Aisha Jamila Khadar Bangurah, the company’s long-term objective extends beyond skincare products and treatments alone. She stated that the broader mission focuses on helping individuals rebuild confidence while encouraging aspiring entrepreneurs and beauty professionals to pursue sustainable business growth through discipline, education, and purpose-driven leadership.

Dermata Opens a New Chapter with the Release of Tome Skincare

AV Laboratories, Founded by Pioneers of IVF Solutions, to Launch Fertility Clinic Program Featuring Its Award-Winning Skincare at ESHRE 2026 in London

The science-led skincare company will host in-booth experiences showcasing its patented AVL SOM3® technology, offering product sampling and education, and introducing its new Fertility Clinic Skincare Program, a partnership designed to help fertility practices support women’s holistic skin wellness before, during, and after treatment.

LONDON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–$IBB #AVLSOM3–AV Laboratories, a science-led skincare company founded by pioneers in IVF solutions, regenerative medicine, and stem cell therapy, today announced it will exhibit at the 42nd Annual Meeting of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology, ESHRE 2026, taking place in London from 5 – 8 July 2026. The company will welcome clinicians, embryologists, fertility specialists, researchers, partners, and industry participants at Booth A22.

“ESHRE is deeply personal for us because this is the community that shaped our scientific foundation,” said Ami Mezezi, CEO and Co-Founder of AV Laboratories. “Our work in IVF taught us how profoundly cellular health, precision, and care matter. With AV Laboratories, we are bringing that same philosophy into skincare, helping women feel supported through some of the most important and sensitive stages of their lives.”

At ESHRE 2026, AV Laboratories will present its award-winning skincare portfolio and a new vision for women’s skincare, one that connects reproductive science, cellular health, and skin longevity through a more holistic understanding of how skin’s needs change over a lifetime. By returning to the IVF community, AV Laboratories aims to open a new conversation around how fertility and women’s health providers can support not only clinical outcomes, but also the everyday confidence and wellbeing of the women they serve.

“We can’t keep separating these experiences into different categories anymore. Women’s health and skincare should be viewed as part of one connected journey,” Jessica Martin, Director of Corporate Communication at AV Laboratories. “As a mom of two, I remember how important it was to feel confident in the products I used, especially while breastfeeding. During that stage of life, you think carefully about everything, what you eat, what you use, what touches your skin. We want to make at least one part of that journey feel simpler by creating skincare women can genuinely trust.”

AV Laboratories’ portfolio is powered by AVL SOM3®, the brand’s patented molecular skincare technology designed to deliver precision nourishment to skin and support the key building blocks associated with younger-looking skin: collagen, elastin, and NAD+. “At AV Laboratories, we don’t formulate in isolation,” said Sylwia Pawlaczyk, COO and Master Formulator at AV Laboratories. “I spend a lot of time thinking about how we build the company around real clinical needs, not assumptions.” Dual-purpose formulations are designed for simple, effective routines, combining AVL SOM3® with clinical-grade actives that work with the skin to support hydration, barrier resilience, visible firmness, elasticity, radiance, and the appearance of smoother, healthier-looking skin.

“As both a dermatologist and a mother who had my two children through IVF, I understand firsthand how intentional women become about every choice during this journey,” said Dr. Dendy Engelman, board-certified dermatologist and Scientific Advisory Board Member at AV Laboratories. “Patients are making deeply personal decisions about what they put in and on their bodies, and they deserve skincare that feels clear, considered, and grounded in real science. What excites me about AV Laboratories is that it brings together breakthrough science, elegant formulation, and a true understanding of women’s needs, from IVF and motherhood to long-term skin longevity.”

At Booth A22, AV Laboratories will offer an educational experience designed around the brand’s journey from IVF science to molecular skincare, including:

  • Product sampling from the AV Laboratories skincare portfolio
  • Education on AVL SOM3® and its scientific foundation in IVF solutions
  • Information on the brand’s clinical testing, safety, transparency, and manufacturing excellence
  • A guided introduction to the brand’s clinical skincare program for fertility and women’s health practices
  • Conversations around how skincare can become part of a more holistic patient-support model
  • Meetings with the AV Laboratories leadership, including Sylwia Pawlaczyk, COO and Master Formulator, to discuss partnership opportunities, formulation questions, product launch strategy, and practical ways for clinics to introduce the skincare portfolio to their patients

AV Laboratories Fertility Clinic Skincare Program

For fertility practices, AV Laboratories’ clinical program is designed to be simple to introduce and easy to communicate to patients. The program gives clinics a way to offer science-backed skincare education, trusted product recommendations, and supportive wellness resources for women who may be more conscious of what they use during fertility treatment, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and beyond.

“Through my work with fertility clinics, I see how much trust patients place in their care teams,” said Nathalie Boonen, IVF and Medical Clinic Partnerships Expert.

“Women going through fertility treatment want guidance they can deeply rely on, in every aspect of their care, including what they can use on their skin. A thoughtful, science-backed skincare program gives clinics a simple way to meet that need and elevate the patients’ experience”

AV Laboratories invites ESHRE 2026 participants to visit Booth A22 to experience the brand’s skincare portfolio, learn more about AVL SOM3®, and explore partnership opportunities for fertility, women’s health, and clinical wellness.

To schedule a meeting with AV Laboratories during ESHRE 2026, participants are encouraged to contact the team in advance or visit Booth A22 during exhibition hours.

From pioneering IVF solutions to reimagining the appearance of skin aging

Before founding AV Laboratories, Ami and Monica Mezezi helped shape the IVF industry through their work at LifeGlobal. Founded by Monica, LifeGlobal pioneered single-step culture media for IVF, a breakthrough that contributed to changing the standard of care for fertility clinics around the world. LifeGlobal was acquired by CooperSurgical in 2018. Ami also co-founded EvolveGene, a genetic testing company focused on using molecular insights to support more informed, personalized health decisions, also acquired by CooperSurgical. In 2021, they founded CaseBioscience, a company developing technologies for regenerative medicine and stem cell therapy. At AV Laboratories, Ami and Monica draw on their deep experience in reproductive health, regenerative medicine, quality-controlled manufacturing, and cellular science to reimagine how we think about the appearance of skin aging.

About AV Laboratories

AV Laboratories is a science-led skincare company founded by pioneers in IVF solutions, biotechnology, molecular biology, stem cell research, and cellular science. The company develops advanced skincare solutions rooted in its patented AVL SOM3® technology, a molecular skincare complex inspired by decades of work in cellular nourishment, precision formulation, and women’s health. But what exactly is Gelatine Sculpt? Why has it gained attention so quickly in 2026? And what are consumers actually saying about this rapidly discussed trend?

This in-depth report explores the rise of Gelatine Sculpt, the science behind gelatin-inspired wellness products, the marketing strategies driving viral growth, and the questions consumers should ask before purchasing any body-support or beauty-related supplement.

The Rise of the “Sculpt Wellness” Industry

Over the last few years, the global wellness market has undergone a dramatic transformation. Traditional dieting and fitness messaging have slowly shifted toward “body optimization,” “beauty-from-within,” and “appearance-support supplementation.”

Consumers are no longer focused solely on weight loss. Instead, interest has expanded into areas like:

  • Skin firmness
  • Collagen support
  • Hair and nail health
  • Muscle tone appearance
  • Elasticity support
  • Healthy aging
  • Post-workout recovery
  • Beauty nutrition

This shift created ideal conditions for products like Gelatine Sculpt to gain traction online.

Industry analysts note that modern consumers are increasingly attracted to hybrid wellness products — formulas that position themselves somewhere between beauty support, nutritional supplementation, and lifestyle enhancement.

The term “sculpt” itself has become one of the most powerful marketing keywords in wellness. It suggests shaping, contouring, refining, and supporting the body’s appearance without explicitly promising medical outcomes.

As a result, “sculpt” products have rapidly multiplied across social media and e-commerce platforms in 2026.

What Is Gelatine Sculpt?

Gelatine Sculpt appears to be part of the broader category of gelatin- or collagen-inspired wellness supplementation. While formulations may vary depending on the manufacturer or branding version being discussed online, the core concept revolves around ingredients traditionally associated with structural support in the body.

Gelatin itself is a protein derived from collagen, which naturally exists in connective tissues, skin, bones, and cartilage.

For years, collagen and gelatin products have been promoted in wellness spaces for their association with:

  • Skin hydration
  • Elasticity support
  • Joint comfort
  • Hair strength
  • Nail appearance
  • Protein intake
  • Recovery support

The “Gelatine Sculpt” branding taps directly into these interests while adding modern aesthetics-focused messaging aimed at younger health-conscious audiences.

Online discussions often connect Gelatine Sculpt with:

  • Beauty support routines
  • Fitness-focused lifestyles
  • Protein-enhanced wellness
  • Anti-aging conversations
  • Body contouring culture
  • Daily self-care supplementation

Importantly, consumers should understand that not all products using similar branding are identical. Ingredients, dosages, and quality standards may vary significantly between brands.

Gelatine Sculpt Ingredients Explained: What’s Inside This Viral 2026 Wellness Formula?

As interest in Gelatine Sculpt continues to rise across wellness blogs, social media platforms, and supplement review websites, many consumers are asking the same question:

What exactly are the ingredients inside Gelatine Sculpt?

The formula is marketed as a metabolism-support and body-sculpting supplement that combines gelatin-related compounds, plant extracts, amino acids, and thermogenic ingredients. According to product marketing materials and supplement-label breakdowns published online, Gelatine Sculpt focuses on appetite support, energy balance, skin firmness, and weight-management support.

While formulations appear to vary slightly across different websites and branded versions, several core ingredients are repeatedly mentioned in publicly available product descriptions.

Main Gelatine Sculpt Ingredients

1. Hydrolyzed Gelatin Peptides

Hydrolyzed gelatin peptides are one of the most commonly highlighted ingredients in Gelatine Sculpt formulations. These protein compounds are derived from collagen and broken down into smaller peptides for easier absorption.

Potential Benefits Associated with Gelatin Peptides

Gelatin peptides are often linked to:

  • Satiety support
  • Skin elasticity
  • Joint support
  • Protein intake
  • Muscle preservation
  • Hair and nail appearance

Protein-rich ingredients may help users feel fuller for longer periods, which can indirectly support calorie management and appetite control. Some wellness experts also associate collagen-related peptides with skin-firmness support during weight loss routines.

Key Amino Acids Found in Gelatin

Gelatin naturally contains amino acids such as:

  • Glycine
  • Proline
  • Hydroxyproline
  • Alanine

These compounds are connected to connective tissue structure and collagen production discussions in nutritional science.

2. Green Tea Extract

Green tea extract appears in many Gelatine Sculpt ingredient lists and is one of the best-known metabolism-support ingredients in the supplement industry.

Why Green Tea Is Included

Green tea contains:

  • Catechins
  • EGCG (Epigallocatechin gallate)
  • Natural caffeine
  • Antioxidants

These compounds are commonly studied for:

  • Fat oxidation
  • Thermogenesis
  • Energy support
  • Antioxidant activity

Many metabolism-focused supplements include green tea because it may help support calorie-burning processes when combined with healthy lifestyle habits.

Important Note

Green tea extract is not a miracle fat burner. Most research suggests effects are generally modest and work best alongside:

  • Balanced nutrition
  • Exercise
  • Sleep
  • Calorie control

3. Chromium (Chromium Picolinate)

Several published supplement-label summaries list chromium picolinate as a featured ingredient in Gelatine Sculpt.

What Chromium Does

Chromium is a trace mineral associated with:

  • Blood sugar metabolism
  • Insulin function
  • Energy utilization
  • Carbohydrate processing

Some supplement marketers claim chromium may help reduce cravings or stabilize appetite, though research findings remain mixed.

Why It’s Popular in Weight-Loss Supplements

Chromium frequently appears in:

  • Metabolism blends
  • Blood sugar support products
  • Appetite-control supplements
  • Energy formulas

Its inclusion in Gelatine Sculpt aligns with the product’s appetite-support positioning.

4. Maca Root Extract

Maca root is another botanical ingredient commonly mentioned in Gelatine Sculpt formulations.

Traditional Uses of Maca

Maca has historically been used in herbal wellness traditions for:

  • Vitality
  • Stamina
  • Energy
  • Mood support
  • Hormonal balance discussions

Although evidence remains limited in some areas, maca remains extremely popular in modern wellness products because of its adaptogenic reputation.

Why Brands Use It

Maca contributes to:

  • Natural-energy marketing
  • Hormonal-wellness branding
  • Performance-support messaging

It also helps position supplements as “plant-based” and “holistic.”

5. Guarana Seed Extract

Some Gelatine Sculpt ingredient breakdowns mention guarana seed extract.

What Is Guarana?

Guarana is a plant naturally rich in caffeine.

It is commonly used in:

  • Energy supplements
  • Thermogenic formulas
  • Fat-burning products
  • Workout blends

Potential Effects

Guarana may help support:

  • Alertness
  • Energy levels
  • Focus
  • Temporary metabolism increases

However, sensitive users should be cautious because combining multiple stimulant ingredients may increase:

  • Jitters
  • Nervousness
  • Sleep disruption
  • Rapid heartbeat

6. African Mango Seed Extract

African mango appears in some Gelatine Sculpt proprietary blends.

Why It’s Used

African mango supplements are often marketed for:

  • Appetite control
  • Weight-management support
  • Fat metabolism
  • Waistline support

Scientific evidence remains limited, but the ingredient has become popular in modern body-composition supplements.

7. Tumeric

Turmeric is another widely promoted ingredient found in some Gelatine Sculpt versions.

The Active Compound: Curcumin

Turmeric contains curcumin, a compound studied for:

  • Antioxidant effects
  • Inflammation support
  • Recovery support

Why It Fits the Formula

Turmeric aligns with modern wellness trends involving:

  • Healthy aging
  • Exercise recovery
  • Skin wellness
  • Whole-body balance

Some marketing materials also associate turmeric with digestive support and nutrient absorption discussions.

8. Green Coffee Bean Extract

Green coffee bean extract is listed in certain ingredient summaries online.

What Makes It Popular

Green coffee contains chlorogenic acids, compounds associated with:

  • Glucose metabolism
  • Fat metabolism discussions
  • Antioxidant activity

It became especially popular in the weight-management industry during the last decade.

9. Gymnema Leaf Extract

Gymnema leaf appears in some published Gelatine Sculpt formulas.

Why Gymnema Is Used

Gymnema has traditionally been associated with:

  • Blood sugar support
  • Craving management
  • Sweet-appetite control

Some studies have explored whether it may temporarily reduce sweet taste perception.

10. Amino Acids Blend

Some Gelatine Sculpt ingredient lists mention amino acids including:

  • L-Glutamine
  • L-Tyrosine
  • L-Arginine
  • Beta-Alanine
  • L-Carnitine
  • L-Tryptophan
  • L-Ornithine HCL
  • GABA

Why Amino Acids Are Included

Amino acids are commonly added to supplements for:

  • Energy support
  • Exercise recovery
  • Muscle maintenance
  • Focus support
  • Performance positioning

L-Carnitine

L-carnitine is especially popular in fat-metabolism supplements because it plays a role in transporting fatty acids into cells for energy production.

11. Burned Berberine

Some review sites reference “Burned Berberine” as part of the Gelatine Sculpt formula.

What Is Berberine?

Berberine is a plant compound studied in relation to:

  • Metabolic health
  • Blood sugar support
  • Insulin sensitivity

The phrase “Burned Berberine” appears to be largely marketing terminology rather than a standardized scientific ingredient name.

Consumers should carefully verify ingredient labels when evaluating such claims.

Why Gelatine Sculpt Is Trending in 2026

Several major trends appear to be fueling the rapid growth of Gelatine Sculpt discussions online.

1. The Collagen Boom Continues

Collagen remains one of the most searched wellness categories globally. Beauty consumers increasingly associate collagen-related ingredients with youthful appearance support.

Gelatin-based products benefit from this trend because gelatin is closely connected to collagen production discussions.

Many consumers see gelatin as:

  • More familiar
  • More affordable
  • Easier to incorporate
  • Compatible with wellness recipes
  • Connected to high-protein diets

As collagen awareness rises, gelatin-inspired products naturally receive more attention.

2. Social Media Virality

Short-form video platforms have become major drivers of supplement popularity.

Beauty influencers frequently promote:

  • Morning wellness routines
  • Protein drinks
  • “Glow-up” supplements
  • Skin-support beverages
  • Sculpt-focused regimens

The phrase “Gelatine Sculpt” fits perfectly into current social-media aesthetics because it combines:

  • Scientific-sounding terminology
  • Beauty language
  • Body-enhancement messaging
  • Simplicity
  • Curiosity

This creates extremely high click-through potential online.

3. Consumers Want Non-Invasive Beauty Solutions

Interest in non-surgical beauty enhancement has surged dramatically.

Many consumers are searching for alternatives to:

  • Expensive cosmetic procedures
  • Complex skincare routines
  • Invasive treatments
  • Aggressive dieting programs

Products marketed around firmness, contour support, or beauty nutrition are benefiting from this consumer mindset.

Gelatine Sculpt branding positions itself within this “inside-out beauty” movement.

4. Protein-Focused Wellness Is Expanding

High-protein wellness trends are no longer limited to bodybuilders or athletes.

Consumers now associate protein with:

  • Healthy aging
  • Skin structure
  • Satiety
  • Hair support
  • Fitness recovery
  • Lean appearance goals

Because gelatin is protein-derived, it aligns naturally with this larger movement.

The Science Behind Gelatin and Beauty Support

Although wellness marketing often becomes exaggerated online, there is legitimate scientific interest in collagen-related nutrition.

Gelatin contains amino acids including:

  • Glycine
  • Proline
  • Hydroxyproline

These compounds are involved in structural proteins found throughout the body.

Researchers have explored collagen and gelatin supplementation in relation to:

  • Skin hydration
  • Elasticity
  • Joint support
  • Exercise recovery
  • Connective tissue function

However, experts consistently emphasize an important point:

No supplement should be viewed as a miracle transformation product.

Results vary significantly depending on:

  • Diet
  • Lifestyle
  • Sleep quality
  • Genetics
  • Exercise
  • Age
  • Consistency
  • Overall nutrition

Consumers should remain cautious of exaggerated advertising claims that promise instant body reshaping or dramatic cosmetic outcomes.

The Marketing Psychology Behind “Sculpt” Branding

The word “sculpt” has become extraordinarily powerful in modern wellness marketing.

Unlike traditional weight-loss language, sculpt-focused branding sounds:

  • More premium
  • More aesthetic
  • Less aggressive
  • More aspirational
  • More wellness-oriented

Psychologically, the term suggests:

  • Refinement
  • Toning
  • Definition
  • Enhancement
  • Beauty optimization

This allows brands to market appearance-focused products without making direct medical claims.

Experts say consumers are increasingly drawn to emotionally appealing wellness language that feels empowering rather than restrictive.

That is one reason why names like Gelatine Sculpt are spreading rapidly across social platforms.

Influencer Culture and the Viral Wellness Economy

Another major reason behind Gelatine Sculpt’s rise is the influencer economy.

Modern supplement trends often follow a predictable cycle:

  1. A niche wellness phrase appears online
  2. Influencers begin discussing it
  3. Before-and-after style content spreads
  4. Search volume explodes
  5. Affiliate marketing campaigns launch
  6. Consumer curiosity increases
  7. New brands enter the market

This pattern has already occurred with:

  • Collagen powders
  • Apple cider vinegar gummies
  • Greens supplements
  • Metabolism blends
  • Beauty beverages
  • Gut-health products

Gelatine Sculpt appears to be following a similar trajectory in 2026.

Consumer Questions About Gelatine Sculpt

As interest grows, many shoppers are asking practical questions before purchasing products associated with the trend.

Does Gelatine Sculpt Actually Work?

The answer depends heavily on:

  • The specific formula
  • Ingredient quality
  • Dosage levels
  • User expectations
  • Lifestyle habits

Some consumers report positive experiences related to:

  • Skin appearance
  • Protein intake
  • Beauty routines
  • Wellness consistency

Others may see minimal noticeable changes.

No supplement can replace:

  • Balanced nutrition
  • Exercise
  • Hydration
  • Sleep
  • Medical care

Is Gelatin the Same as Collagen?

They are closely related but not identical.

Gelatin is produced from collagen through a heating process.

Both contain similar amino acids, but their textures and uses differ.

Collagen peptides are often marketed for:

  • Easier mixing
  • Faster dissolving
  • Beverage supplementation

Gelatin is frequently associated with:

  • Thickening
  • Cooking
  • Gummies
  • Protein desserts
  • Wellness snacks

Are There Side Effects?

Most gelatin-based supplements are generally tolerated by healthy adults when used appropriately.

However, consumers should always:

  • Read labels carefully
  • Check allergen information
  • Consult healthcare professionals when necessary
  • Avoid unrealistic dosage practices

People with dietary restrictions should also verify ingredient sourcing.

The Business Explosion Around Beauty Supplements

The beauty-supplement industry has become one of the fastest-growing sectors in global wellness commerce.

Market analysts point to several reasons:

  • Aging populations
  • Social media influence
  • Appearance-focused culture
  • Remote-work beauty trends
  • Rising skincare awareness
  • Wellness personalization

Brands increasingly blend:

  • Beauty messaging
  • Fitness language
  • Nutritional science
  • Lifestyle branding

Gelatine Sculpt fits directly into this booming category.

Some analysts predict that “beauty ingestibles” could become one of the defining wellness sectors of the late 2020s.

The Role of AI Marketing in Viral Wellness Trends

Artificial intelligence has also changed how wellness products spread online.

AI-driven systems now help generate:

  • Viral headlines
  • Product descriptions
  • Personalized ads
  • Wellness blogs
  • Influencer scripts
  • SEO campaigns

As a result, terms like Gelatine Sculpt can achieve explosive visibility extremely quickly.

Consumers may encounter:

  • Sponsored articles
  • Trending videos
  • Review-style content
  • Social testimonials
  • Affiliate websites

This makes critical thinking more important than ever.

Red Flags Consumers Should Watch For

Experts recommend caution whenever a wellness product becomes highly viral online.

Consumers should be careful around claims involving:

  • “Instant sculpting”
  • “Rapid transformation”
  • “Miracle fat burning”
  • “Guaranteed results”
  • “Celebrity secret formulas”
  • “One weird trick”

A trustworthy wellness brand should ideally provide:

  • Transparent ingredient lists
  • Clear dosage information
  • Realistic claims
  • Customer support
  • Manufacturing standards

Consumers should also avoid assuming that popularity automatically equals effectiveness.

The Future of Gelatine Sculpt

Whether Gelatine Sculpt becomes a long-term wellness category or a short-lived viral trend remains to be seen.

However, several broader movements suggest continued momentum:

  • Beauty-from-within supplementation
  • Protein-enhanced wellness
  • Collagen-inspired products
  • Functional nutrition
  • Influencer-led commerce
  • Preventive self-care culture

As consumers increasingly pursue appearance-focused wellness routines, products connected to sculpting, beauty support, and nutritional enhancement are likely to remain highly visible.

Expert Perspective: Why Wellness Trends Spread So Fast

Health communication experts say modern wellness trends spread faster than ever because they combine:

  • Emotional appeal
  • Visual transformation culture
  • Influencer storytelling
  • Scientific-sounding language
  • Social proof
  • Aspirational branding

Gelatine Sculpt checks nearly every one of these boxes.

The name itself feels:

  • Modern
  • Functional
  • Beauty-oriented
  • Scientific
  • Minimalist
  • Trend-compatible

That combination creates ideal conditions for virality.
